Using State Liberty Referenda After the Example of the Brexit Referendum

Brexit serves as an excellent model for State Committees of Correspondence (or their equivalent) to reach the eventual goal of partitioning the “blue areas” out of the USA and restoring the Articles of Confederation as the constitution of the USA. One of the most effective tools that Brexiteers like Nigel Farage employed was use of a democratic referendum to put pressure on elected representatives to act in accordance with the will of the people, which was on the side of Brexit. Anglo-American patriots should use Liberty Referenda in the States after the example of the Brexit referendum as a means by God’s grace to achieve our political goals, arguably starting with the Commonwealth of Virginia:

Local governments in the “red areas” of Virginia should be petitioned by Virginia Committee of Correspondence members to collectively hold a Historic Virginia Liberty Referendum for voters in the “red areas” on this question:

Should the “blue areas” of Virginia be partitioned out of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the reformed “red area” Virginia return to recognizing the Articles of Confederation as the national US constitution to which it subscribes?

This referendum effort can piggyback on the already successful “Second Amendment Sanctuary” movement there:

Indeed, a Historic Virginia Liberty Referendum is the next logical step for Virginia gun rights advocates because it leads to the long term remedy which Virginia gun rights advocates seek. It removes liberal Democrat control over “red area” Virginia. It is this liberal Democrat control that is currently positioned to overthrow historic Virginia gun rights. Furthermore, it sets the reformed Virginia on a sounder foundation for securing its gun rights, because under the Articles of Confederation States were required to maintain their own “well-regulated and disciplined militia, sufficiently armed and accoutered” with “a proper quantity of arms, ammunition and camp equipage”, and because under the Articles of Confederation States’ Rights and liberties were better protected. Virginia and the other States covenanted to the Articles of Confederation, and there was a legal process for amending this original constitution of the USA. That legal process has never been followed, so by legal right the Articles of Confederation are still legally and morally binding upon the USA and the States which are part of it.

“Red area” Virginia does not need the approval of “blue areas” there to partition the State, any more than West Virginia required approval of the rest of Virginia to be partitioned out. As explained at http://www.wvculture.org/history/archives/statehoo.html , the counties that formed West Virginia never gained “approval from the original state.” That the Federal Constitution requires otherwise would and should be null and void, because reformed Virginia would be under the Articles of Confederation and not the Federal Constitution. Indeed, the Federal Constitution has been used as a tool to hurt historic Virginia through the Federal Government’s expansion in Washington, DC and Virginia vicinity, its immigration policy, and its many usurpations of States’ Rights over the decades.

Once the Historic Virginia Liberty Referendum won, similar referenda could be sought in other States. For example, “red area” Illinois should seek to partition out its “blue areas” and return to the Articles of Confederation, so as no longer to be under the political tyranny of Cook County:

California could do the same and unshackle itself from liberal Democrat tyranny over conservative Anglo-American patriots there:

Indeed, in California and a number of other States such partition efforts are well under way. They would just be advised to utilize a Liberty Referendum in their State as the next step in their enterprise.

Texas too could employ it in order to stop it from becoming a purple and then a blue State in the Federal “global nation” empire:

So we can pray that God would use the means of Liberty Referenda in the above States as well as the others towards the restoration of a confederated USA of Anglo-American Patriot States, under the Articles of Confederation (America’s first constitution that was unadvisedly and illegally abandoned), with America’s first national flag (the Continental Colors or Grand Union flag) as the symbol of our enterprise:

This confederated USA can have partitioned out of the USA those liberal “blue” areas in a sea of “red” areas that remain part of the USA, such as illustrated here:
