PRACTICALLY AND CONSTITUTIONALLY NECESSARY FOR EVERY AMERICAN PATRIOT TOWN TO HAVE A NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH AND EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE NETWORK THAT DOUBLES AS A CITIZENS MILITIA UNDER THE SUPERINTENDENCE OF ELECTED TOWNSHIP AND COUNTY BOARDS

There are mountains of evidence indicating that enemies foreign and domestic are seeking to overthrow our American constitutional republic. Consider the evidence presented here and elsewhere:

Each American patriot needs to do his duty to protect the constitutional republic and the welfare of his fellow citizens by joining a neighborhood watch and emergency assistance network that doubles as a local citizens militia under the superintendence of the local elected Township and County Boards. Some localities are already stepping up to the plate (see https://newspunch.com/virginians-activate-official-militia-per-second-amendment-after-gun-confiscation-threats/ ), and many more need to do the same. This Network is being privately initiated Town-by-Town with the hope that in the future the elected County and Township Boards will assume superintendence over the Network’s coordinating committees. Consider these quotes:

“…every State shall always keep up a well regulated and disciplined militia, sufficiently armed and accoutered, and shall provide and constantly have ready for use, in public stores, a due number of field pieces and tents, and a proper quantity of arms, ammunition and camp equipage...” - Articles of Confederation (original constitution of the USA)

Second Amendment (along with other Bill of Rights) was added to the new Federal Constitution to seek to preserve the gun and States’ Rights and liberties found in the Articles of Confederation of the Founding Fathers, reading thus: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

“Gun-rights advocates often fixate on the second half of the amendment, claiming that the phrase about a militia is just something that provides a reasoning for the second phrase. Many opponents of gun control even suggest that the only phrase here of key importance is "shall not be infringed." … Looking at the debates surrounding the Second Amendment and military power at the end of the eighteenth century, however, we find that the authors of the Second Amendment had a more sophisticated vision of gun ownership than is often assumed.  Fearful that a large federal military could be used to destroy the freedoms of the states themselves, Anti-Federalists and other Americans fearful of centralized power in the US government designed the Second Amendment accordingly. It was designed to guarantee that the states would be free to raise and train their own militias as a defense against federal power, and as a means of keeping a defensive military force available to Americans while remaining outside the direct control of the federal government…Patrick Henry mocked the idea that liberties could be preserved by simply "assembling the people." Without locally controlled, military might, Henry noted, federal force could destroy the independence of the state governments. Similarly, George Mason concluded that the "militia ... is our ultimate safety. We can have no security without it." https://mises.org/wire/why-we-cant-ignore-militia-clause-second-amendment?fbclid=IwAR3J0KHdbBqZfLsm0egTshtNgbVU74q5jgkt0vNibmdrdVXxSQ0bFsD_b2w

May God bless this effort, for without His grace it will fail. See https://usa.life/citizensmilitia and http://www.puritans.net/countywide-neighborhood-watch-and-emergency-assistance-network/ .
