2A CITIZENS
MILITIA FOR EVERY RED COUNTY
Why should the 2A effort also include a restoration of a citizens militia for every red County and eventually every
red State in the USA?

The 2A grass-roots
movement should extend to forming citizens militias in every red County in the
USA, with the long-term goal of having a well-regulated and disciplined
citizens militia for every red State. If
now is not the time to raise up County citizens militias across “red area”
America, then when is?
What
is the historical background for the constitutional duty of such County
citizens militias, joined together composing a State militia?
“The history of militia in the United States dates from the colonial era, such as in the
American Revolutionary War.[90] Based on the English system, colonial militias
were drawn from the body of adult male citizens of a community, town, or local
region…In colonial era Anglo-American usage, militia service was distinguished
from military service in that the latter was normally a commitment for a fixed
period of time of at least a year, for a salary, whereas militia was only to meet a threat, or prepare to
meet a threat, for periods of time expected to be short. Militia persons were
normally expected to provide their own weapons, equipment, or supplies,

The Articles of
Confederation (the USA’s original
constitution which protected gun and States’ Rights and liberties but was
illegally abandoned ) required citizens’ militias for every State, and hence
for every County: “... every State shall always keep up a
well-regulated and disciplined militia, sufficiently armed and accoutered, and
shall provide and constantly have ready for use, in public stores, a due number
of field pieces and tents, and a proper quantity of arms, ammunition and camp
equipage.”
2A
(along with the other Bill of Rights) was added to the new Federal Constitution
to try to preserve the gun and States’ Rights and liberties found in the
Articles of Confederation of the Founding Fathers, reading thus: “A well
regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right
of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
The first Federal
legislation on the subject following ratification of the Federal Constitution
was the Militia
Act of 1792 which provided, in part: “That each and every free
able-bodied white male citizen of the respective States, resident therein, who
is or shall be of age of eighteen years, and under the age of forty-five years
(except as is herein after excepted) shall severally and respectively be
enrolled in the militia,... every citizen, so enrolled and notified, shall,
within six months thereafter, provide himself with a good musket or firelock.”

Unfortunately,
the 2A military order with the citizens militia as its backbone, has been
progressively dismantled over time by the centralized Federal Government, as
Patrick Henry warned it would be if the Articles of Confederation were
abandoned. As part to the effort to return to the USA’s Founding vision and
constitution, now is the time to raise up
County citizens militias across “red area” America.
What
is the current threat that calls us to renew our constitutional duty to form
citizens’ militias in every red County in the USA?
Liberal
Democrats, along with even many establishment Republicans, are pursuing an open
borders, gun-confiscating socialistic agenda, turning every “red” State into a
“blue” State, as they are already successfully doing in California, Illinois,
Virginia, etc.
Grass
roots patriots need to stand up and thwart this tyrannical agenda that leads to
disaster, as has already begun in the 2A Sanctuary movement, Vexit movement, etc.
What
must individual patriots do now?
For
those who reside in red Counties in red States, piggybacking on 2A Sanctuary efforts already underway, Step #1 is to form a politically organized citizens militia for the County, with its
leaders elected by its members. Although not militarily organized for legal
reasons, it will be politically organized in such a way as to be quickly
convertible to a militarily organized militia and to gain recognition by
the State as part of the State’s organized militia. Such County militia in each
of the Counties would eventually compose the red State’s citizens militia in
order to protect the red State from Government tyranny, protect State borders
and control immigration, and uphold gun rights and other historic
Anglo-American liberties, as required by the Articles of Confederation (the
USA’s original constitution which protected States’ Rights but was illegally
abandoned ) and consistent with 2A. It also lobbies County-area leaders on gun
rights and associated issues, including official County recognition of the
citizens militia, along with seeking to elect County-area leaders upholding gun
rights and associated issues (like immigration). In addition, these citizens should encourage
their red State elected civil officials to invite red Counties in nearby blue
States to join their red State.
For
those who reside in red Counties in blue States, piggybacking on 2A Sanctuary efforts already underway, Step #1 is to
form a politically organized citizens militia for the County, with its leaders elected
by its members. Although not militarily organized for legal reasons, it will be
organized in such a way as to be quickly convertible to a militarily organized
militia. In addition, these citizens should encourage their red County elected
civil officials to hold a County Exit Referendum after the example of the
Brexit Referendum so the voters of the County can decide whether their County
should exit their blue State and join a nearby red State. This process is
farthest along in Virginia with the 2A Sanctuary Movement and Vexit Movement there. It also lobbies County-area leaders
on gun rights and associated issues, along with seeking to elect County-area
leaders upholding gun rights and associated issues (like immigration).
For those who
reside in blue Counties, Step #1 is to start
preparing a move into a red County, whether in one’s current State or another
State, so that one can begin participating in one of the 2 categories
above. It will not be wise or expedient
for conservative Republicans to reside in a blue area during the likely coming
partition of the blue areas out of the USA.
The situation of the USA today is very similar to
the situation of the USSR in the 1980s, when its parts were ultimately
partitioned and the centralized communist empire dissolved. There is good
reason to believe this is where the USA also is headed. One of the greatest hurdles in partitioning
the blue areas from the red areas in States is addressed in this
article.
What
is a long-term goal our Cause should pursue?
It
should pursue partitioning out of the USA those liberal blue areas in a sea of
red areas that remain part of the USA and to restore the confederated USA of Anglo-American Patriot
States under the Articles
of Confederation:

Liberal
Democrats hate the historic USA and do not want to be part of it except to the
extent they can get money out of it and transform it. So it is necessary to
partition out the “blue areas” they already control.

Patrick
Henry and Samuel Adams had presciently warned about abandoning the Articles of
Confederation as our constitution, but their warnings and importunities were
not heeded. It is time now to heed their
wisdom and restore States’ Rights which will allow States to control
immigration into them and avoid the tyranny of centralized empire. The USA was founded as a Confederation of Anglo-American Patriot
States, not as a “global
nation” empire. This Cause seeks to return America to its
historic identity, an identity described in historian Dr. Samuel P.
Huntington’s book Who Are We? The Challenges to America’s National Identity.
